Wendy’s HR journey started at a Japanese automotive parts manufacturer in Tennessee, where she used her Japanese language skills to bridge the gap between leadership and the operations team. It was in this fast-paced environment that she realized how much she loved helping businesses create workplaces where both owners and employees can thrive. That passion has driven her ever since.

When not working, Wendy enjoys hiking, traveling and being outdoors with her family, friends, and dog, Gus. She’s also an avid Atlanta United Fan.
